Quality Assurance Support
The ACT Professional Support Coordinator offers Quality Assurance Support to children's services in the ACT.
Quality Assurance Support is collaborative assistance facilitated by an experienced professional with National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC) endorsed training. The professional will work collaboratively with the service to further develop their capacity to obtain and maintain the standards set by the National Childcare Quality Assurance Systems. This includes support for those services wishing to review an Accreditation decision. The aim is to support and promote high quality programs for children, with a focus on developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes underpinning quality care and education.

Phone support
Free quarterly sector meetings
NCAC endorsed training
Fees:
6 Hours free support for services in the year of their self study or for services who have received a non-accredited decision from the NCAC. Any additional support outside this criteria is $25.00 per hour. NCAC endorsed training is $150.00 per session.
